how to increase your memory fast ?

learn fast and grow fast

INTRODUCTION

Just imagine what would happen if we suddenly lost our memory ?
you must have known about second world war. In the second world war many soldiers lost their memory  due to bomb blast those who were about to drown and were saved, they that in one second their whole life had grown in his brain with complete expansion. It describes how memory stores experience well.

Our brain is one such giant library, there are millions of books but there is no book list, there is no systematic order of books. If you want to  find a book of your choice from such a library, what method would be possible ?
yes, the correct to find a book from a library without the book list is to look at all the books one by one .
in such a way you may or may not be find a book. If you fail to find it, than you will say that the book doesn`t exist in the library. but the truth is that you have  failed to find to that book.
The same thing is in the case of our brain, every object that we have seen and experienced it remains permanently safe in some part of our brain.
but some times we fail to find that materials or ideas. we cannot tell where it is located and than we say that we have forgotten. for  example, today you were introduced to someone after sometime you  meet him in a market and or park . it is possible you could not remember his name you would say , sorry i know you but forgot your name . at that time if that person give you 4 options -ram, mohan, gaurav and krishna so you will immediately remember his name that your name is gaurav.
it seems that you not forgotten his name . the problem is that you could not find his name in your memory . this is because you do not keep a mental list whenever we have to remember something, we start looking around in the library of our brain . if we fail to find it , then assume that we have forgotten that particular thing.
Friends this means that we need a mental list for immediate reference. so that we can be able to remember efficient and effectve.

10 principles for a perfect memory

we must keep the following principles in the mind to remember the things effectively.

1. Association -
we know that a line is?
if we mix four identical lines one by one, we form a square. if 6 square mixes together a cube is formed. how simple is it but without knowing what is a line and what is a square, no one can know what a cube is. what is right in geometry is true in every expects of life we learn and remember each new thing, there is no another method of learning only by associating it with things already known.
If you think about learning Sanskrit words then you will be able the truth of this statement immediately. to learn this after is `Jal` in Sanskrit so we have to make a connection between water and jal. if the relationship is strong then only when necessary we will be able to bring the Sanskrit word. once the connection between water and jal is established, we can easily remember these two words.
I know very well that you have not formed such a relationship until now.  many times we do not wake up to make colleagues. like a little boy looking at the word  `daddy ` by connecting it to his father.

2. Believe in your memory -

you should have faith in memory before you do anything. the following words should firmly establish in your memory.
"My brain is better than the best computer in the world"
if you think you are not remember anything very well. then you will not be able to remember it well. you may have heard people over the age of 45 saying sorry, my memory power is weak or you might have heard someone saying that I can't remember your name, my memory is bad.
you should always tell yourself before you wake up in the morning and after that, I believe in my memory I know it works like a computer. one of the best ways to improve your faith in your memory is self-suggestion or repeating yourself again and again that you can remember more thoroughly.

3. focus on -

centralization of attention means strongly considering one object at a time. remove everything else from your brain except what you are seeing. do not let your thoughts wander. finally, see your memory in your mental bank. if you can do that then you are focused. example -the more we pull the ass, the more it opposes the same thing is about central focus. as much as you want to focus scattered ideas your thoughts run around here and there. the trick to driving aa donkey forward is to hang a vegetable in front of it and it will follow behind those vegetables. so, to focus on particular topics, we should build interest in that particular subject.

4. power of the senses -

whatever you want to store in your memory or remove later, you should see and hear clearly.
focus your attention on the thing to be remembered and see it in your imagination, listen, and maybe taste or experience it. when you involve your senses in it their effects are always sharp and it is not easily forgotten. when learning something, try to include all the senses in it while learning.
1. sense of hearing
2. sense of vision
3.sense of smell
4. sense of taste
5.sense of touch
6.sense of kinesthesia ( it means being aware of physical condition and speed )

5. to present exaggerated -

it is the specialty of our brain that it remembers the exaggerated things more quickly. and keeps them stable in our subconscious mind for longer.
then why not use this feature in a positive spirit?
why not use this beauty of the brain to remember things for longer.
so, as far as possible try to see the mental picture in the darkest form.
imagine how we forget an obese man whose mouth was considered football and stomach as a big pot.☺

6. picture -

try to create a mental image of whatever you want to remember. a mental image is formed of thought, date, theory, or anything because creating a mental image speeds up the recall process.

7.strange things-

suppose you are a student, one day your teacher gives a speech in class wearing a helmet. you will agree with me that you will never forget that day it was a strange thing. why should we not use it to remember things? anything in life is not so useless or serious that it cannot be made interesting to remember.when we say something in the form of jokes, then it becomes worth remembering. when something is enjoyable it becomes enjoyable to remember it.

8.thoughts -

you will believe that it is very difficult to remember abstract things. it is important that abstract ideas be transformed into a mental picture and all these mental pictures will help us remember those abstract ideas. we cannot store anything in our memory unless we change it into something that we can see or draw. ex- before depositing the foreign currency in our account we will have to convert it into the Indian currency of its relationship value.
similarly, in order to store an idea in your memory, it is necessary to transform it into one form.

conclusion -

above we learn principles that increase your memory. in this growing world, we have to increase the learning power of our minds.we have a powerful mind and have infinite storage to store things . so adopt the principles and make your learning better than before.
the principles are-
 1.association
2. believe in your memory
3. focus on
4. power of senses
5. exaggerated things
6. making pictures
7.thoughts in your mind
8. strange things
